It brings across positive attitudinal changes as it sstematically develops the quality of loving acceptance.
Four Qualities are Friendliness, Compassion, Appreciative Joy and Equanimity.
Four types of persons to develop loving - kindness towards:
a respected, beloved person
a dearly beloved
a neutral person
a hostile person

Hey, you posted "Loving-Kindness, keeping the mind open and sweet" and this just grabbed ahold of my heart. To keep the mind open to the possibilities of life, to other points of view, and to the possibilities of the future is one thing, but to keep the mind open and sweet is to incorporate loving-kindness. I think you listed a good variety of individuals that one can develop loving-kindness towards. Good job!
